Your satisfaction is our priority. We quality control all of our products and will try our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that by working together and being understanding we can make your purchase a positive one.
You can contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of purchase along with your order details and reason for refund/exchange. Requests after 7 days will not be entertained. All returned items need to be in unused and usable condition complete with original packaging. Please allow up to 3 working days for our team to get in touch with you.
All fees paid for our workshop is non-refundable. If you cannot attend the workshop you signed up for, you can consider to attend the same workshop at another date only if the teacher permits.
In the event that we need to cancel a workshop, we will provide you with a full refund within 7 working days.
Photography / Filming
There may be photography and filming during the workshop for future promotional purposes. If you are not comfortable with being photographed/filmed, you can let us know and we will try our best to avoid capturing your face on camera.
